Uncompromising for lovers of the Bauhaus original<\/h2>\n

As part of the new planning of the Charit\u00e9 clinics, which were built in different eras, the women’s clinic on Ziegelstra\u00dfe was built between 1931 and 1933 according to designs by Heinrich Wolff in the uncompromisingly modern “International Style”.<\/p>\n

Following on from the mature Bauhaus architecture, Wolff succeeded in creating a masterpiece of simple and clear beauty. The south-facing rooms had studio windows and a semi-circular gymnasium with a spectacular view of the Museum Island, the Rotes Rathaus and Alexanderplatz. The sheltered lounging hall, which stood on the white building of the flat roof, caused quite a stir at the time. <\/p>\n

In the building known as “Das Bauhaus”, exclusive apartments and prestigious office space with large studio windows were created under the direction of architect Sir David Chipperfields.<\/p>\n

The house-within-a-house concept has created larger apartments on three floors as well as smaller city apartments facing the forum. The large window areas and ceiling heights reflect the modern architecture and offer exceptional living comfort. <\/p>\n
